Before you enroll
Please confirm with your court or DMV that an online course is allowed for your ticket and that you can finish before your due date. Each course page lists its details before you pay.
Requesting a refund
If you believe you need a refund, contact us as soon as possible with the name and email used to enroll, the course, and a short explanation. Please do not include full card numbers.
How requests are reviewed
Each request is reviewed based on enrollment status, course access and progress, whether a certificate or completion report has already been issued, program rules and applicable law.
Completed courses
Once a course has been completed or completion has been reported, the course fee is generally not refundable.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
